Lakewood, CO: (Mar-13-07) Attorney General John Suthers filed a consumer protection lawsuit against General Steel Corp., a Lakewood company that sells large metal buildings to customers across the country. The lawsuit claimed General Steel carried out a misleading sales and marketing plan. General Steel asserted that it manufactured buildings available at factory-direct or clearance prices when in fact no such buildings existed.
