Visalia, CA: (Mar-15-07) Husetta Colello, 41, filed suit against the city after she was injured in a Visalia parking lot in 2004. Her suit accused the city of being negligent in improperly placing concrete parking lot barriers contributing to her accident and fracture of her right ankle.
