San Diego, CA: (Mar-09-07) A fraud lawsuit was filed by Stonestreet Stables owner Jess Jackson against trainer Bruce Headley in San Diego County Superior Court. The lawsuit reached a settlement when Headley agreed to pay Jackson $900,000 to resolve claims. The suit also included Narvick International President Emmanuel de Seroux and bloodstock agents Brad Martin and Fernando Diaz-Valdez, who Jackson accused of receiving secret payments from sellers while advising him to purchase horses at inflated prices, defrauding him of more than $3 million.
