New York, NY: (Jun-21-07) Neron Banks and other laborers in Local 376, who work for the city Department of Environmental Protection as well as the Sanitation, Transportation and Education departments filed repeated complaints against the city of New York, alleging that their hourly wages were significantly less than their peers in the private sector.
