Separation Employment Agreement

Toronto, Canada: (Nov-21-07) Stephen Burns, former director and employee of Mantis Mineral Corp., reached a settlement with the company, resolving several issues related to the separation of employment agreement between the parties. Sources revealed that Mantis Mineral Corp. officials announced that the company has issued 500,000 common shares of the company to the former director and employee. A separation of employment agreement dated November 7, 2007, stated that the company further paid a settlement of $400,000, to resolve all outstanding claims.
