Tainted Spinach

Milwaukee, WI: (Nov-27-07) The family of Neil and Anne Grintjes brought charges against California companies involved in producing and packaging spinach, alleging that their children fell severely ill after eating tainted spinach. The outbreak was traced to Natural Selection Foods and sources claimed that over 200 people got sick and three people died, including a Manitowoc woman. In a recent development in the case, sources claimed that the southeastern Wisconsin family has reached a settlement with the companies.
