Do Not Call Violations
St. Louis, MO: (Mar-26-08) Attorney General Jay Nixon brought a lawsuit against TruGreen Lawn Care in St. Louis City circuit court, over No Call law violations. The lawsuit was filed as part of a statewide No Call law violations crackdown. Sources at the Attorney General's office stated that Jay Nixon has collected over $380,000 in penalties in the last two-months.
