MasterCard Settles Antitrust Lawsuit with Amex

This is a settlement for the Antitrust lawsuit.

MasterCard has settled an antitrust lawsuit that accused it of illegally blocking banks from issuing American Express cards. MasterCard will pay $150 million for 12 quarters, a total of $1.8 billion.
