$9 Million Settlement for Victim of Discrimination
This is a settlement for the Discrimination lawsuit.
California State University, at Fresno, has agreed to pay an ex-coach of the women's basketball team $9 million as settlement in a sex discrimination suit she brought against the University.
Stacy Johnson-Klein said she lost her job because she endorsed greater opportunities for women athletes at the University. Hers is the third case involving sex discrimination at the school, and the third to be settled with multi-million dollar payouts.
