Qwest Communications Settles Securities Fraud for $40 Million

This is a settlement for the lawsuit.

A class action securities fraud suit against Qwest Communications International Inc will be settled for $40 million. The former Qwest Chief Executive, Joe Nacchio, and former Chief Financial Officer, Robert Woodruff, would also contribute a total of $5 million out of insurance proceeds.

I have called into them and they each time refund me for the difference. Then it appears again on the bill. I feel there is some intentional fraud happening.
