$2.1 Million Settlement For 25 Investors
This is a settlement for the Antitrust lawsuit.
A $2.1 million settlement has been approved by a Superior Court judge in a class action suit involving some 25 plaintiffs who alleged their investment advisor stole their money, more than $5 million over 5 years.
The advisor committed suicide in a Wal-Mart parking lot last year, while under SEC investigation for misappropriation of funds.
