Del Webb and its subsidiary Coventry Homes of Nevada have agreed to pay $27.2 million in re-plumbing costs for approximately 4,200 homes that were fitted with defective Kitec fixtures.
After deducting attorneys fees and various other costs, each qualified home owner in the class action should receive about $6,500.
