$7.9M Settlement Reached in Dreamfields Pasta Consumer Fraud Class Action Lawsuit


This is a settlement for the lawsuit.

Los Angeles, CA: A consumer fraud class action lawsuit against Dakota Growers, the makers of Dreamfields Pasta has reached a settlement of up to $7,920,000 in cash and significant injunctive relief including the requirement that Dakota delete the alleged misleading information.

Consumers who are members of the class are entitled to receive $1.99 per box of Dreamfields Pasta purchased up to 15 boxes per household. Those who purchased online will receive an automatic payment of $1.99 without regard to the number of boxes purchased. The United States District Court for the District of New Jersey issued a preliminary approval of this settlement on May 9, 2014.
