Plaintiff's Complaint:
Police observed Defendant Wheeler driving a Ferrari and donutting in front of crowd of people. Police activated their vehicle siren and over head red/blue lights. Defendant allegedly fled the scene resulting in a high speed 1 1/2 mile chase whereby Defendant Wheeler crashed into a gas station concrete planter and then exited his vehicle and ran before being captured by LAPD officers. Defense counsel Jerome Bradford of los Angeles, California argued Defendant Wheeler suffered from parasomnia and was actually unconsciously driving the vehicle in a sleep walking state at the time of the chase and arrest.
