Plaintiff's Complaint:
At approximately 8:00 pm on October 22, 2019 Plaintiff Mariela Madariaga was traveling in a vehicle operated by Emmanuel Franco Quintero. Mr. Quintero lost control of the vehicle causing it to crash into a tree on SW 23 Ave and South Dixie Highway in Miami Dade County, Florida. Ms. Madariaga suffered catastrophic injuries including a compound comminuted fracture of her lower leg requiring emergency surgery and subsequent permanent disability.
Injury, Damage, or Loss:
Madariaga was traveling in a vehicle operated by Emmanuel Franco Quintero. Mr. Quintero lost control of the vehicle causing it to crash into a tree on SW 23 Ave and South Dixie Highway in Miami Dade County, Florida.
