Plaintiff's Complaint:
Plaintiff, 32 year old aviation mechanic was struck at LAX grounds while working as an aviation mechanic by an untrained luggage tug driver operating at an excessive speed ,under the jet bridge in violation of the FAA Rules and local LAWA airport rules striking plaintiff and causing serious personal injury. The driver was employed by an aviation contractor, Swissport SA LLC.

Plaintiff sustained mild traumatic brain injury, knee and spinal injuries

Defendant's Wrongdoing:
Defendant contractor was negligent in hiring and training the employee and negligently entrusting the equipment. Defendant employee violated the airport rules,driving without training, driver's icon and driving under the jet bridge in violation of the FAA and LAWA rules.
