Find these legal news highlights in the video clip below: Asbestos News Now; class action lawsuit updates for Groupon, Muscle Milk, GameStop and Lay’s Potato Chips as well as updates on Medtronic and J&J Risperdal litigation; what happened at PetSmart that left one dog dead; it’s deja vu: new McDonald’s hot coffee lawsuits; and, in honor of tax day, information on the latest tax scams.
I have been reading your web site for two or more years now. I have never seen posted a law suit against Federal, State , County , City government. I know that there are such legal filings. How is it that you never have listed these law suits? DO YOU EVER INTEND TO?
Hi Ray, Yes we do post some of these, but many times such lawsuits would be either qui tam whistleblower lawsuits (more federal in that case usually) or employment lawsuits (including discrimination), or breach of security lawsuits. We typically, however, will report on lawsuits that affect many individuals in such cases rather than one individual's complaint.
