EntreMetrix, Inc.

On August 19, 2004, former president Richard McKinley filed a civil lawsuit against the company for breach of contract, declaratory relief, fraud and rescission. EntreMetrix fired McKinley and cancelled securities shares that were connected with the EnStruxis, Inc. EntreMetrix Corporation has agreed to pay McKinley a $350,000 wrongful termination settlement over the next thirty-six months. (May-23-05) [PRIME ZONE]
