A Damascus teenager filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against her fast food employer in 2003. The learning disabled teen claimed the chain allowed manager to sexually harass female employees that were minors. Another female teen claimed she was also harassed and two managers pleaded guilty to misdemeanour criminal charges in the spring of 2002. McDonald's agreed to pay the original plaintiff a $5 million sexual harassment settlement. (Mar-23-05)
