A $250,000 settlement has been reached in the discrimination lawsuit filed against Summit County, Ohio on behalf of Harold V. Dixon Jr. of Akron who alleged he was fired without cause after 22 years of service. Dixon, an attorney, claimed he was discriminated against because he is paralyzed from the neck down.
