San Diego Superior Court Judge William Pate has approved the settlement of a class-action lawsuit that accused the company of failing to disclose billing practices and service restrictions. The suit represented customers of Verizon Wireless on Nov. 2, 2003 and former customers of Verizon Wireless and its predecessors and subsidiaries from Jan. 1, 1991 to Nov. 2, 2003.
