A $3.2 million verdict has been found in the lawsuit filed by former FedEx tractor-trailer driver Marion Shaub who alleged that she suffered sexual harassment. Shaub also claimed that the brakes on her truck were sabotaged five separate times in an attempt to intimidate her. (Feb-26-04)
