Marsh Supermarkets
Former executive Alan Marsh filed a lawsuit last fall alleging the company owed him $2 million in life insurance and other benefits. According the Securities and Exchange Commission filing, Marsh Supermarkets has agreed to pay Alan Marsh $985,784 or the current cash surrender value of the life insurance policies, $553,733 for income tax he incurred, and $50,000 in attorneys' and accountants' fees.
