Bancroft NeuroHealth
This is a settlement for the Discrimination lawsuit.
Kolma Tobey of Woodlyn, PA filed a lawsuit against the company after he failed to receive a promotion on three attempts. The lawsuit claimed race and age discrimination while he worked at Bancroft's South Harrison Township branch. Bancroft has agreed to offer the next available position for program manager as well as pay Tobey a $100,000 settlement. (Aug-16-05)
