Buscone Management

Former employee, Camilla Amandolare, filed a lawsuit against the property management company and its president Joseph Buscone alleging she was fired in retaliation for disputing the calculations of her pension benefits. Buscone has agreed to pay a $16,000 fine to the Labor Department for violating the federal Employee Retirement Income Security Act and will also award Amandolare a $110,000 settlement.
