Christine Gagliardi suffers from a learning disability and was forced to quit her job as a cashier and food server at the restaurant when the gender harassment became too much to handle. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a federal lawsuit against Boston Market on Gagliardi's behalf. The fast food chicken chain has agreed to award Gagliardi a $150,000 settlement.
