This is a settlement for the Discrimination lawsuit.
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of former employees alleging hostile work environment from the general contracting company. African American workers at the Riverside Energy Project in Beloit were allegedly subject to racial harassment and some were laid off in retaliation for complaints about racial harassment. Boltd has not admitted any wrong doing, but has agreed to a $175,000 class action settlement. (Dec-01-05)
