The promotional products manufacturer filed for receivership on December 30, 2004 and laid off all of its workers within one month. A lawsuit was filed on behalf of approximately 180 former employees after being laid off without adequate warning. Wisconsin businesses that employ more than 25 full time employees are required to provide 60 days written notice before closing.
