Mill Pond Rest Home

In December, 2000 Millicent Palmer fell down a flight of stairs at the assisted living center. She broke her neck and died two weeks later from the injuries. Her daughter filed a lawsuit against the facility claiming it was negligent in making sure her mother was safe at all times; the facility had promoted itself as providing around the clock supervision.
