Delaware State Police

Sgt. Diane Moss was a 19-year veteran of the force when she retired in May 2005. She filed a gender discrimination lawsuit against the police department claiming she was passed over for promotion because of her gender and because she is black. The Delaware State Police reached an $80,000 out of court settlement to end the discrimination lawsuit filed by the former trooper. (Aug-28-06) [DELAWARE ONLINE]
