City of O'Fallon, MO

O'Fallon - In August 2005, Police Chief Steve Talbott was fired. He later sued the city of O'Fallon, Mayor Donna Morrow and then Aldermen Terry Busken, Randy Hudson, Jimmy Mitchell, Lyn Schipper and Bob Patek, claiming he was fired for political reasons and defamed.
