Helena, MT: Rhonda Schaffer, a state Corrections Department finance manager, filed a gender discrimination complaint against her former boss Joe Williams. The Montana Human Rights Bureau concluded that Williams did engage in gender discrimination against Schaffer and that the Corrections Department did not act to correct Williams' harassment. The lawsuit claimed Williams verbally abused and discriminated against Schaffer over the past years. Schaffer was paid $48,500 and her lawyer received an additional $16,167.
