Santa Barbara, CA: (Feb-15-07) A lawsuit filed in the California Court of Appeals by Scott Jones against the Lodge at Torrey Pines Partnership accused the lodge of having a hostile work environment for homosexual employees. The lawsuit resulted in the court of appeals reversing the trial court, and reinstating a jury verdict for $1,395,000 against Jones' former employer as well as $155,000 against a supervisor held specifically responsible for retaliation against him.
