Zumiez Reaches Tentative Settlement in California Overtime Class Action
This is a settlement for the California Employment lawsuit.
Zumiez, the Washington state-based sporting apparel retailer, has agreed a tentative settlement of $1.3 million in a wage and hour class action lawsuit.
The lawsuit was brought by a former employee who alleged that the company had not paid him all his overtime, as required by California law, nor had they provided him with meal breaks, or properly itemized pay stubs.
